Alternatively, take BART to the 12th Street Oakland City Center station and transfer to the free Broadway Shuttle (B Shuttle) to Jack London Square.

The Oakland Jack London Square Amtrak station is conveniently located at 245 Second Street, a short walk from Jack London's Cabin. Upon exiting the station, walk along 2nd Street towards the waterfront. The cabin is located within Jack London Square, a few blocks from the station.

Ferry
The San Francisco Bay Ferry provides service to Jack London Square from various locations around the Bay Area, including San Francisco. From the Oakland Ferry Terminal, the cabin is a short walk. Check the San Francisco Bay Ferry website for schedules and fares, which vary depending on the departure location. The free Oakland Alameda Water Shuttle also runs between Jack London Square and Alameda Landing.

Driving
If driving, approach Jack London Square via I-880 and take the Broadway exit. Follow Broadway towards the waterfront. Several parking garages and lots are available in the area, including the Market Garage (255 2nd Street) and the Washington Garage (101 Washington Street). Parking rates vary, typically costing $1.25 for the first hour and $1.25 for each additional half hour, with daily rates around $13. Early bird specials may be available for around $8 if entering before 10 am and exiting by 7 pm.
