If you are traveling by car within Sacramento Valley, start by getting onto I-5 N towards Sacramento. Take exit 519A for J Street and turn right onto J Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto 9th Street. The Sacramento County Courthouse will be on your right at 720 9th St, Sacramento, CA 95814. Parking is available on nearby streets or in local parking garages, which may have varying fees.

To reach the Sacramento County Courthouse via the Sacramento Regional Transit light rail system, find your nearest light rail station. If you are coming from the south, take the Blue Line towards Watt/I-80. Transfer at the 7th & Capitol station to the Gold Line towards Sacramento International Airport. Get off at the 8th & O station, which is about a 5-minute walk from the courthouse. Head west on O Street, then turn left onto 9th Street. The courthouse will be on your left at 720 9th St.

If you take bus route 30, get off at the 9th & J stop, which is right across from the courthouse.
