Purchase a ticket from the vending machines, and board the Blue Line train towards Watt/I-80. Stay on the train for 3 stops, getting off at 12th Street station. Once you exit, walk east on J Street for about 3 blocks until you reach Dart, which is located at approximately 12th and J Street.

If you are near the State Capitol, walk to the bus stop located at 10th Street and L Street. Board bus route 51 (to Meadowview) or route 30 (to Oak Park). After about 5 stops, get off at the 12th Street and J Street stop. From there, walk a short distance east on J Street for 2 blocks to reach Dart, which is situated at the corner of 12th and J Street.
