Getting There

  • Public Transit - Muni

    If you are starting from Union Square, walk to the Powell Street Muni Station. Take the Muni Metro T Third line inbound towards Bayview/Hunters Point. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the Embarcadero station. From there, transfer to the F Market & Wharves streetcar line. Board the streetcar heading towards Fisherman’s Wharf. Ride for 3 stops and disembark at the Hyde Street & Beach Street stop. Walk northwest along Beach Street until you reach the entrance of San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park.

  • Public Transit - Bart and Muni

    If you are starting from the Mission District, head to the 16th Street Mission BART station. Take the BART train towards the Embarcadero station. At Embarcadero, transfer to the Muni Metro and take the F Market & Wharves streetcar line towards Fisherman’s Wharf. Ride for 3 stops and get off at the Hyde Street & Beach Street stop. Walk northwest along Beach Street until you reach the entrance of San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park.
