    From anywhere in San Francisco, take the Muni bus or streetcar to Fisherman's Wharf. Several lines, including the F-line streetcar and bus lines 8 and 47, stop near Pier 45. Get off at a stop closest to Pier 45 and walk towards the pier. A single ride on Muni costs $3.00, or $2.50 if you use a Clipper card or the MuniMobile app. A day pass for unlimited rides is $5.70 via the MuniMobile app.

The USS Pampanito (SS-383) is a meticulously restored World War II submarine located at Pier 45 in San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf.
