Get off at the stop nearest to Jefferson St, and walk to 145 Jefferson St Suite 600, where Madame Tussauds San Francisco is located.

From San Mateo, you can take SamTrans bus route 292 towards the Millbrae BART station. When you reach Millbrae, switch to the BART system and take the train towards San Francisco. Alight at the stop close to Jefferson St. Walk the final few minutes to reach Madame Tussauds at 145 Jefferson St Suite 600.
