From Santa Monica's 4th Street and Colorado Avenue, take the Big Blue Bus Line 1 heading towards UCLA. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at the stop near San Vicente Boulevard. From there, walk north on San Vicente Boulevard for about 10 minutes until you reach Rose Marie Lane. Turn right onto Rose Marie Lane, and you will find the W.S. Van Dyke former estate on your left.
