Getting There

  • Public Transit - Bus

    From Tahoe City, walk to the nearest bus stop on Highway 89, which is typically located near the Tahoe City Transit Center. Board the 'Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART)' bus heading towards Squaw Valley. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for exact departure times. The bus ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Get off at the 'Squaw Valley' stop, which is a short walk from Palisades Tahoe. Follow the signs towards 'Palisades Tahoe' and you will arrive at the resort.

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Tahoe City. From the center of Tahoe City, head southeast on Highway 89. There's a bike path that runs parallel to the road. Follow the bike path for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection to Squaw Valley Road. Turn left onto Squaw Valley Road, and continue straight for about 1 mile until you see the entrance to Palisades Tahoe on your right.
