Turn left onto SR-89 and walk for approximately 2.5 miles. You will see signs for South Lake Tahoe as you approach the area. Stay on the sidewalk to ensure your safety as you walk along the road. Once you reach the city limits, you will find yourself in South Lake Tahoe.

    For a scenic bike ride from Tahoe City to South Lake Tahoe, start by heading south on N Lake Blvd. Follow the bike path along the shoreline for about 3 miles.
