    From downtown Walnut Creek, head east on Mt. Diablo Blvd towards N Main St. Turn left onto N Main St and follow it until you reach the intersection with Ygnacio Valley Rd. Continue straight, and then take a right onto Contra Costa Blvd. Follow the signs for the Iron Horse Trail, and take the trail south towards Pleasant Hill. Continue on the Iron Horse Trail until you reach the Walnut Creek BART station. From there, take a BART train towards San Francisco and get off at the 12th St/Oakland City Center station. Transfer to the free bus service that connects to Old Oakland Farmers' Market at 485 9th St.

    Start at the Walnut Creek BART station located at 200 A Street, Walnut Creek. Take the BART train towards San Francisco and get off at the 12th St/Oakland City Center station. Once you exit the station, walk towards the bus stop at 11th St & Broadway. Take the AC Transit Line 1 bus towards the Fruitvale BART station. Get off at the 9th St & Broadway stop, and walk one block west to reach the Old Oakland Farmers' Market at 485 9th St.

    If you are in the downtown area of Walnut Creek, start at the Walnut Creek Plaza. Head east towards Mt. Diablo Blvd and turn left. Walk along Mt. Diablo Blvd until you reach the Walnut Creek BART station. From there, you can take BART to Oakland. If you prefer to walk, follow the same route to the BART station and then take the train to 12th St/Oakland City Center. Once you arrive, walk to 485 9th St, which is about 10 minutes from the BART station.
