If you're starting from the Central Market (Psar Thmei), head southwest on Street 128 towards Street 13. Turn right onto Street 13 and continue until you reach the intersection with Kampuchea Krom Boulevard. Turn left onto Kampuchea Krom Boulevard and walk about 1.5 km. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with the Monivong Boulevard. Cross the road and continue straight to the Koh Pich area. The Elysée Park is located at GWVP+CV7, Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.

From Wat Phnom, head south on Street 142 until you reach the intersection with Street 13. Turn left onto Street 13 and walk until you reach the junction with Kampuchea Krom Boulevard.
