If you're starting from the Central Market (Psar Thmei), head southwest on Street 128 towards Street 13. Turn right onto Street 13 and continue until you reach the intersection with Kampuchea Krom Boulevard. Turn left onto Kampuchea Krom Boulevard and walk about 1.5 km. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with the Monivong Boulevard. Cross the road and continue straight to the Koh Pich area. The Elysée Park is located at GWVP+CV7, Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.

Walking
From Wat Phnom, head south on Street 142 until you reach the intersection with Street 13. Turn left onto Street 13 and walk until you reach the junction with Kampuchea Krom Boulevard. Turn right onto Kampuchea Krom Boulevard and continue walking for about 1.2 km. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Koh Pich. After crossing the bridge, turn left towards the park area. The Elysée Park is located at GWVP+CV7, Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops around Riverside. Start from Sisowath Quay and cycle towards the south along the riverside until you reach the junction with Street 106. Turn left onto Street 106 and continue cycling until you hit the junction with Street 13. Turn right onto Street 13 and proceed until you reach Kampuchea Krom Boulevard. Turn left and cycle for about 1.5 km until you reach the Koh Pich area. The Elysée Park is located at GWVP+CV7, Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.
