Getting There

Walking
From the Royal Palace, head east on Samdech Sothearos Blvd (Street 240) towards the riverside. Once you reach the intersection with Street 51, turn right and continue along the riverside promenade. After about 1 kilometer, you will see Koh Pich (Diamond Island) directly across the water. Walk towards the bridge at the end of the promenade that leads to Koh Pich. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the viewpoint.

Tuk-Tuk
From any central location in Phnom Penh, you can easily hail a tuk-tuk. Ask the driver to take you to Koh Pich (Diamond Island) or use the address HW2R+9F7, Phnom Penh. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you'll find signs directing you to the viewpoint.

Start from the Independence Monument and head southeast on Norodom Blvd, then turn left onto Preah Sihanouk Blvd. Continue until you reach the riverside, then turn right and follow the river until you reach the bridge to Koh Pich. Cross the bridge and follow the signs to the viewpoint.
