If you are near the Independence Monument in Phnom Penh, start by heading south on Norodom Boulevard. Walk for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Koh Pich Street. Turn left onto Koh Pich Street. The Elysée will be on your right after a short walk.

Find a tuk-tuk driver and tell them you want to go to The Elysée, located on Koh Pich Street in Khan Chamkar Mon. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your journey.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at Wat Phnom. Head south towards Street 93 and continue until you reach the intersection with Russian Boulevard (Street 5). Turn left on Russian Boulevard and continue until you reach the intersection with Koh Pich Street. Turn right onto Koh Pich Street, and The Elysée will be on your left.
