From Prey Veng, head west on National Road 1 (NR1) towards Phnom Penh. Continue on NR1 for approximately 35 km until you reach the outskirts of Phnom Penh. Merge onto the city roads following signs towards Khan Chbar Ampov. Once you are in Khan Chbar Ampov, use GPS or map services to navigate to the coordinates HX35+85, which is near the Low Mekong River. The journey should take around 45 minutes to an hour depending on traffic.

Start at the Prey Veng bus station and take a bus to Phnom Penh. Buses usually run frequently and the fare is approximately $5. Upon arrival at the bus station in Phnom Penh, you can take a tuk-tuk or moto (motorcycle taxi) to Khan Chbar Ampov. The fare for a tuk-tuk is around $3-5. The driver should be able to take you to HX35+85, the location of the Low Mekong River.
