Tuk-Tuk
From the center of Siem Reap, head to the main road (Sivatha Blvd) and find a tuk-tuk driver. It’s common to negotiate a fare before you start your journey. Tell the driver you want to go to Chong Khneas Floating Village. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. The driver will take you directly to the village entrance, which is marked by signage.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Siem Reap. Start on Sivatha Blvd and head south toward Road 6. Follow Road 6 for about 8 kilometers until you reach the sign for Chong Khneas. Turn left onto Road 21 and continue until you see the entrance to the floating village. Be sure to wear a helmet and stay hydrated!

Walking
Walking to Chong Khneas Floating Village is not recommended due to the distance (approximately 10 kilometers from the center of Siem Reap). However, if you are adventurous and want to walk part of the way, you can start from the town center and head south on Sivatha Blvd until you reach Road 6. From there, you can catch a tuk-tuk or a local bus for the remaining distance.

Look for the local bus station in Siem Reap. You can catch a bus heading towards Chong Khneas. Buses typically run every hour or so. Make sure to check the schedule and inform the conductor of your destination. The bus ride will take about 45 minutes. The bus will drop you off at the entrance to the floating village.
