If you're driving from downtown Toronto, take the Gardiner Expressway East. Follow the signs for the Don Valley Parkway North, then merge onto the 401 East. Take exit 401 East towards Kingston and follow the 401 for approximately 20 km. Keep an eye out for exit 389 to Port Union Road. Turn left onto Port Union Road and continue until you reach Lawrence Avenue East. Turn right and then turn left onto Chesterton Shores. The park will be on your right at 169 Chesterton Shores, Scarborough, ON.

If you're using public transportation, start at Union Station in downtown Toronto. Take the GO Train on the Lakeshore East line towards Oshawa. Get off at the Rouge Hill GO Station. From there, you can take the 85 bus (East to Port Union) or walk approximately 30 minutes along the waterfront trail. If you choose to take the bus, board it at Rouge Hill GO Station and get off at the stop closest to Port Union Waterfront Park, which is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
