Walking
If you are starting from the Niagara Falls State Park Visitor Center, head south on Prospect Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Niagara Falls Boulevard. Turn left onto Niagara Falls Boulevard and continue for about half a mile until you reach the entrance to Goat Island. Once you enter the island, follow the signs toward the Nikola Tesla Monument, which is located along Goat Island Road.

From the Niagara Falls State Park Visitor Center, walk to the nearest bus stop on Rainbow Boulevard. Take the NFTA Metro bus #40 toward the Niagara Falls Plaza. Get off at the 'Goat Island' stop. From there, walk along Goat Island Road, following the signs for the Nikola Tesla Monument.
