Follow the signs for Goat Island, which will lead you to the Observation Deck, located on Goat Island Road. Be mindful of parking fees, which can range from $10 to $20 depending on the lot.

If you prefer public transportation, consider taking the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) bus service. From downtown Niagara Falls, board the NFTA Route 40 bus towards the Niagara Falls State Park. The bus fare is approximately $2.00 per person. Get off at the stop closest to the park entrance. Once you arrive at the Niagara Falls State Park, follow the signs towards Goat Island. The Observation Deck is on Goat Island Road, accessible by a short walk through the park.
