Getting There

  • Public Transit - Bus

    From downtown Ottawa, head to the closest bus stop to your location, such as the 'Rideau Centre' stop. Take the OC Transpo bus route 85 towards 'Fallowfield'. Get off at the 'Carling/Arboretum' stop. From there, walk south down Arboretum Drive for approximately 5 minutes, and you will arrive at 72 Arboretum, where the FCEF Friends of the Central Experimental Farm is located.

    If you're in the downtown area, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing services available. Head west on Wellington Street until you reach the Ottawa River Pathway. Follow the path along the river until you reach the 'Experimental Farm Pathway'. Continue along this path, which will lead you directly to the Central Experimental Farm. Once you reach Arboretum Drive, turn left, and you will find the FCEF Friends of the Central Experimental Farm at 72 Arboretum.
