If you're starting from Old Quebec, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Place d'Youville'. From there, take the RTC bus number 800 towards 'Château Frontenac'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Côte de la Citadelle'. From the bus stop, walk up the hill (Côte de la Citadelle) for about 5 minutes. The Musée Royal 22e Régiment will be on your left at 1 Côte de la Citadelle.

Starting from Château Frontenac, head towards the Dufferin Boardwalk and follow it until you reach the end. Turn left onto Rue des Carrières and continue walking straight. After a few blocks, you'll reach Côte de la Citadelle. The museum will be on your right at 1 Côte de la Citadelle, just a short walk from the Boardwalk.
