Public Transit
Start at Union Station in downtown Toronto. Take the GO Train on the Lakeshore East line towards Oshawa. Make sure to check the schedule as trains run frequently but can vary by time of day. After approximately 40 minutes, disembark at Ajax GO Station. From there, exit the station and head to the bus stop. You will take the Durham Region Transit bus route 222 (Ajax Express) towards the Ajax Waterfront. The bus ride will take around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the bus stop near Lake Driveway and Waterfront Trail. From there, follow the trail towards Lions Point, which is approximately a 10-minute walk along the waterfront.

Biking
If you're in downtown Toronto, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-share stations. Head east towards the Don Valley Trail and follow it until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, continue heading east along the Martin Goodman Trail. This scenic route will take you along Lake Ontario. Continue biking east until you reach Ajax, which will take about 1-1.5 hours depending on your speed. Follow the signs to Lions Point as you approach the area.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and are staying in the eastern parts of Toronto, you can walk along the waterfront. Start at Ashbridges Bay Park and head east along the waterfront trail. This will lead you through various parks and scenic views of Lake Ontario. The walk to Lions Point in Ajax is approximately 15-20 kilometers and could take about 3-4 hours. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated!
