If you're driving, start from the town of Coyhaique. Head north on Route 7 (Carretera Austral) for approximately 65 km until you reach the junction with Route 240. Turn right onto Route 240, following the signs for La Junta and Puerto Raúl Marín Balmaceda. Continue for around 55 km until you see the signs for Melimoyu Lodge, which is located at Km 37 on Camino La Junta a Puerto Raúl Marín Balmaceda. The lodge will be on your right side. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as gas stations can be sparse in this remote area.

Public Transportation
Traveling via public transport, take a bus from Coyhaique to La Junta. The bus ride takes approximately 2.5 hours. Once you arrive in La Junta, you will need to arrange for a taxi or a private transfer to Melimoyu Lodge, as there is no public transport directly to the lodge. The taxi ride from La Junta to the lodge will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to confirm the taxi fare beforehand, which should be approximately CLP 20,000 to CLP 30,000.
