Walking
If you're already in Plan, start by heading towards the nearest main street, Avenida Pedro Montt. Once there, look for the direction towards the Plaza Sotomayor, a well-known landmark in Valparaíso. From Plaza Sotomayor, walk up the hill on Calle Aldunate, which will lead you towards the cultural area. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Calle Cárcel.
