From the main square in the Historic Center, Plaza de Bolívar, head northeast on Calle 11 towards the ocean. Continue straight for about 5 blocks, then take a right onto Calle 15. You will find Parque Camellón Rodrigo de Bastidas at the end of this street, right next to the waterfront.

Bicycle
If you prefer to ride a bicycle, you can rent one from various rental shops in the Historic Center. Start from Plaza de Bolívar and ride northeast along the waterfront promenade. After about 1.5 kilometers, take a left on Calle 15. Continue straight until you reach Parque Camellón Rodrigo de Bastidas. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local cycling rules.

If you wish to take a local bus, head to the nearest bus stop on Calle 11. Look for buses that have 'Rodrigo de Bastidas' or 'Comuna 2' written on their destination signs.
