Public Transportation - Bus
From downtown Colorado Springs, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Mountain Metro Transit bus route #3 towards Manitou Springs. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Manitou Springs - Ruxton Ave & Cliff Rd' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Head northeast on Cliff Rd for about 0.3 miles until you see the entrance on your right.

If you are near Manitou Springs, you can walk to the Manitou Cliff Dwellings. Start from the Manitou Springs Penny Arcade, head south on Manitou Ave, then take a left onto Ruxton Ave. Continue walking until you reach Cliff Rd, then turn right. Walk for about 0.4 miles, and you will see the Manitou Cliff Dwellings on your left.

For those with access to a bicycle, you can ride from Colorado Springs to Manitou Springs via the Pikes Peak Greenway Trail. Start at the trailhead near the Colorado Springs City Hall. Follow the trail through parks and along the river. After about 5 miles, you will reach Manitou Springs.
