    From Trinidad, head west on CO-12 for approximately 4 miles. The park entrance is well-marked. Daily vehicle passes cost between $10 and $12. Parking is available at the visitor center, campgrounds, and trailheads. Be aware that parking areas, especially near the boat launch, can fill up quickly during peak season.

    While there is no direct public transportation to Trinidad Lake State Park, SCCOG Transit provides limited service in the Trinidad area. Contact them at 719-845-1127 to inquire about potential transportation options to the park, keeping in mind that they are not a taxi service and require advance notice.
