    If you're driving from Colorado Springs, take I-25 South towards Pueblo. Continue on I-25 for about 45 miles. Take exit 98B for US-50 W toward Pueblo. Merge onto US-50 W and continue for about 3 miles. Take the exit toward Downtown Pueblo. Turn left onto N Santa Fe Ave, then right onto W 1st St. Finally, turn left onto N Union Ave and you will find the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk at 101 N Union Ave, Pueblo, CO 81003. There is generally free parking available nearby.

  • Public Transportation

    If you're using public transportation, start by taking the Bustang service from various locations in Southern Colorado. The Bustang operates routes that connect to Pueblo. Once in Pueblo, you can transfer to the local Pueblo Transit bus system. Take Route 2 (the 29th St/Central Ave route) and get off at the stop for Union Ave and 1st St. From there, it's a short walk to the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk at 101 N Union Ave. Please check Bustang and Pueblo Transit websites for current schedules and fares.

    If traveling from Durango, take US-550 N for about 40 miles to connect to US-160 E. Follow US-160 E for approximately 80 miles until you reach I-25. Merge onto I-25 N toward Pueblo. Continue on I-25 for about 40 miles and take exit 98B for US-50 W toward Pueblo. After merging onto US-50 W, follow the same directions as above to reach the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk.

    From Alamosa, take US-285 N for about 45 miles to connect to US-50 E. Follow US-50 E for approximately 60 miles until you reach Pueblo. Once you arrive in Pueblo, take the exit toward Downtown Pueblo. Turn left onto N Santa Fe Ave, then right onto W 1st St, and finally turn left onto N Union Ave to reach the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk.
