From Telluride, head southwest on Colorado Ave (Main St) toward S Pine St. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the entrance to the Mountain Village. Follow the signs to Mountain Village, which will lead you onto the San Miguel River Road. After approximately 2 miles, you'll reach the Mountain Village center. Follow the signs for Coonskin Ridge Lane. Turn onto Coonskin Ridge Lane, and after about 0.5 miles, you will arrive at San Sophia Overlook. Parking is available nearby.
