If you're driving from the center of Hamden, CT, take Main St heading south. Merge onto the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) North and follow the signs for Route 10. Take exit 61 for Route 10 South toward Hamden. Continue on Route 10, then turn left onto West Rock Park Access Road. Follow this road, and you will arrive at the Lake Wintergreen Parking Area.

From New Haven, head northwest on Chapel St toward Elm St. Continue onto US-5 N. Merge onto I-91 N toward Hartford. Take exit 6 for CT-15 N/Merritt Parkway. Continue on Merritt Parkway and take exit 61 for Route 10 South toward Hamden. Turn left onto West Rock Park Access Road, and you will reach the Lake Wintergreen Parking Area.

If you're using public transportation, take a CT Transit bus (Route 221) to the nearest stop at the intersection of Route 10 and West Rock Park Access Road. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to the Lake Wintergreen Parking Area. Make sure to check the CT Transit schedule for the most accurate timings.
