City Sightseeing New York is located at 455 12th Ave, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from Grand Central. Look for the large red buses and signs for City Sightseeing.

Alternatively, upon exiting Grand Central, you can catch the M42 Bus from 42nd Street, heading west towards the West Side. Get off at the 12th Avenue stop. From there, walk south on 12th Avenue for about 5 minutes until you reach 455 12th Ave.
