If you are driving from any location in The Quiet Corner, begin by getting onto Route 44. Follow Route 44 west until you reach the junction with Route 8. Merge onto Route 8 and continue south. After approximately 12 miles, take the exit for Route 20 towards New York. After about 10 miles, merge onto I-84 W. Continue on I-84 W for about 15 miles and take exit 2 for US-9 S towards Fishkill. Follow US-9 S for about 30 miles until you reach the exit for NY-199 E. Take NY-199 E, and then turn right onto River Road. Continue for about 2 miles, and you will reach Bard College Montgomery Place Historic Estate at 26 Gardener Way, River Rd, Red Hook, NY 12571.
