    If you are in Avarua, start at the Avarua Market, which is a central location. From the market, head east on Ara Tapu (the main road). Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Makea Tinirau Rd. Turn left onto Makea Tinirau Rd. The Cook Islands Library & Museum will be on your right after approximately 5 minutes of walking.
