Public Transport
From anywhere on Rarotonga's main road (Ara Tapu), the easiest way to reach Manea Beach Villas is by taking the clockwise or anti-clockwise bus. These buses circle the island regularly, except on Sundays when the anti-clockwise route doesn't operate. Simply wave down the bus along the main road. A single ride costs NZ$5, or a round trip is NZ$8. Manea Beach Villas is located on Muri Beach; ask the driver to drop you off near the Muri Night Market, a short walk from the villas.

Taxis are available 24/7 on Rarotonga. Unlike major cities, you can't hail a taxi from the street. It's best to pre-book by phone or have your accommodation arrange it. A taxi from Rarotonga Airport to Muri costs approximately NZ$40-45 per person. Expect to pay a minimum of NZ$10 during the day or NZ$15 at night. Dorothy's Taxi is a local option in Muri. Confirm the fare before starting your journey.
