Getting there

Public Transport

From anywhere on Rarotonga's main road (Ara Tapu), the easiest way to reach Manea Beach Villas is by taking the clockwise or anti-clockwise bus. These buses circle the island regularly, except on Sundays when the anti-clockwise route doesn't operate. Simply wave down the bus along the main road. A single ride costs NZ$5, or a round trip is NZ$8. Manea Beach Villas is located on Muri Beach; ask the driver to drop you off near the Muri Night Market, a short walk from the villas.

Taxi

Taxis are available 24/7 on Rarotonga. Unlike major cities, you can't hail a taxi from the street. It's best to pre-book by phone or have your accommodation arrange it. A taxi from Rarotonga Airport to Muri costs approximately NZ$40-45 per person. Expect to pay a minimum of NZ$10 during the day or NZ$15 at night. Dorothy's Taxi is a local option in Muri. Confirm the fare before starting your journey.

Walking

If you are already near Muri Beach, Manea Beach Villas is easily accessible on foot. From the Muri Night Market, walk along the main road towards the south. Manea Beach Villas will be on your left, nestled amongst other beachfront properties. The walk is short and offers scenic views of the lagoon.
