From anywhere on Rarotonga's main road (Ara Tapu), the easiest way to reach Manea Beach Villas is by taking the clockwise or anti-clockwise bus. These buses circle the island regularly, except on Sundays when the anti-clockwise route doesn't operate. Simply wave down the bus along the main road. A single ride costs NZ$5, or a round trip is NZ$8. Manea Beach Villas is located on Muri Beach; ask the driver to drop you off near the Muri Night Market, a short walk from the villas.
