Public Transport
From Rarotonga International Airport, the Muri Beach Club Hotel is approximately a 30-minute drive. The easiest and most affordable way to reach the hotel is by taking the local bus service. Two bus routes circle the island: Clockwise and Anti-Clockwise. The bus stop at the airport for the Anti-Clockwise bus is near the Air New Zealand office. The Clockwise bus stops across the road from the airport at the RSA Club. A single bus fare is NZ$5. Buses operate every hour from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, the Clockwise route operates from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM; there is no Anti-Clockwise service. Remember to have cash available to pay the driver.

Taxi
Taxis are available 24/7 at Rarotonga Airport. A taxi to Muri Beach Club Hotel costs approximately NZ$40. It's best to agree on a fare with the driver before starting your trip. Taxis are readily available at the airport; however, pre-booking is recommended. Contact the Cook Islands Taxi Association (CITA) for reliable service. Keep in mind that taxis can be a more expensive option.
