    From Muri, head northwest toward the main road (Ara Tapu). Walk along the road for about 15 minutes, passing shops and local eateries. Continue past the roundabout for another 5 minutes. Maire Nui Gardens will be on your right, marked with a clear sign.

    From Avarua, take the clockwise or anti-clockwise bus. These buses run along the main road (Ara Tapu) that circles the island. Inform the driver you are going to Maire Nui Gardens. The bus ride takes approximately 10-15 minutes from the intersection with the airport road. Get off at the nearest bus stop to Maire Nui Gardens. Single bus fare is NZ$5.

  • Taxi

The gardens are open seven days a week, while the café operates from Monday to Friday.
