    If you are in Avarua, start at the main roundabout in the center of town. Head southeast on Ara Tapu Road (the main road) toward the Ngatangiia District. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers. You will pass by local shops and the Avarua Post Office on your right. Keep walking until you reach the fork in the road just before Muri Beach. Take the left fork and head towards Muri. The Te Ara Cook Islands Museum of Cultural Enterprise will be on your right as you approach Muri Beach. Look for the sign at the entrance.
