Driving
The most convenient way to reach Místico Arenal Hanging Bridges is by car. From La Fortuna, take Route 142 west towards Lake Arenal. After crossing the dam, turn right and follow the road uphill to the park entrance, which is approximately 2 km east of the dam. Parking is free and readily available on-site. Note that a shuttle may be needed for the final steep hill to the park entrance if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle. There are no tolls.

Taxi/Uber
Taxis are available from La Fortuna, but can be relatively expensive, costing around $30 USD for a one-way trip. Uber may be an option, but availability can be limited, especially for the return trip from the park. Confirm the price with the driver before starting your journey. The ride is approximately 20-30 minutes from La Fortuna.

Shared shuttle services offer an affordable transportation option from La Fortuna. The Easy Hop Shuttle Service provides one-way or round-trip transportation to and from accommodations in La Fortuna. Shuttles depart approximately every 2 hours and cost around $8 per person one way. Book in advance to secure your spot.
