Car
From Cahuita National Park, head northwest on Route 36 towards Puerto Viejo. After about 10 km, continue onto Route 32 heading towards Limon. Follow Route 32 for approximately 30 km until you reach the intersection with Route 4. Take Route 4 and follow the signs to San Jose. After around 50 km, you'll reach the junction with Route 126. Turn onto Route 126 and continue for about 20 km until you see signs for La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park. The park entrance is located on your left.

Public Transportation
From Cahuita, take a bus to Puerto Viejo. Buses leave frequently, and the fare is around $1. Once in Puerto Viejo, transfer to a bus heading to San Jose. These buses also depart regularly, and the fare is approximately $5. After reaching the San Jose bus terminal, you will need to take another bus towards Sarapiqui, which costs around $6. Inform the driver that you are visiting La Paz Waterfall Gardens, and they will drop you off at a nearby location. From there, you may need to arrange a taxi or walk approximately 1.5 km to the entrance of the park.
