If you are driving from La Fortuna Waterfall, head south on Route 142. After approximately 3 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Keep left to stay on Route 142. Continue for about 2 kilometers until you see a sign for Las Cabañitas de Sammy on the right. Turn onto the road indicated by the sign, and follow it for about 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance.

To reach Las Cabañitas de Sammy using public transportation, start from the La Fortuna bus station. Look for a local bus heading towards La Fortuna's southern neighborhoods (these buses typically have 'Sur' or 'Cerca de La Fortuna' on their signs). The fare is usually around 500 colones (approximately $1 USD). Inform the driver that you want to get off near Las Cabañitas de Sammy. Once you disembark, walk south for about 1 kilometer along the main road, and you will see the entrance on your left.
