Walking
If you are starting from the Old Town, make your way to the Ploče Gate, which is the eastern entrance to the Old Town. Exit through the gate and head straight down the road (Ulica od Ploča) towards the coast. Continue walking until you reach the water, and then take a left along the promenade. Follow this path until you see stairs leading up to the memorial. The Spomenik, Domovinski rat is located in a small park area and is clearly marked.

If you are near the Dubrovnik Cable Car station, walk away from the cable car and head towards the main road (Ulica Iva Dulčića). Turn left and walk until you reach the intersection with Ulica od Ploča. Turn right and continue straight until you find the Spomenik, Domovinski rat on your left, nestled in a quiet area behind the city walls.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the main bus station in Dubrovnik, take bus number 8 towards Ploče. Get off at the last stop, which is near the Ploče area. From there, walk towards Ulica od Ploča and follow the road down to the coast. Turn left along the promenade, and you will soon see the Spomenik, Domovinski rat a short distance ahead.
