The Spomen ploča is located in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town, very close to the Church of St. Blaise. From Pile Gate, walk straight along Stradun (the main street). Turn right just before the end of Stradun, and the monument will be on your left, a short distance from the church. This should be a short walk of about 5-10 minutes. No costs are involved.

If arriving by bus to the Pile Gate, the main entrance to the Old Town, follow the walking directions. Bus tickets cost €1.73 if purchased at a kiosk or €1.99 if purchased on the bus. A 24-hour bus pass is also available for €5.31. From the bus station to Pile Gate takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Taxis and ride-sharing services can drop you off at or near Pile Gate, the main entrance to the Old Town. From there, follow the walking directions. A short taxi ride from the main bus station to Pile Gate will cost an estimated €10-15.
