From the center of Herceg Novi, head towards the waterfront along the main promenade, known as 'Šetalište Pet Danica'. Walk in the direction of the 'Forte Mare' Fortress. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the bus station at 'Herceg Novi'. Here, you can catch a bus to Dubrovnik. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as the frequency may vary. Once you arrive at the bus station in Dubrovnik, head towards the Old Town. Follow the signs to Pile Gate, and once you pass through the gate, continue straight until you reach 'Ul. Pred Dvorom'. The 'Monument of Marin Držić' will be on your left.

From Herceg Novi, go to the main bus station located near the city center. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Dubrovnik. The bus ride takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive at the Dubrovnik bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the main road. Look for signs directing you to the Old Town. Follow the signs towards the Pile Gate. After entering the Old Town through Pile Gate, walk straight down the main street until you reach 'Ul. Pred Dvorom'. The monument will be located on this street.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Herceg Novi to Dubrovnik. Find a taxi service in the center of Herceg Novi or ask your hotel to arrange one for you. The taxi ride will take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Dubrovnik, ask the driver to drop you off near the Old Town. From there, walk towards 'Ul. Pred Dvorom', where you will find the 'Monument of Marin Držić' on the left side of the street.
