Walking
From the Old Town of Herceg Novi, head towards the main promenade along the waterfront. Walk past the Forte Mare and continue straight along the coast until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Dubrovnik, which is a short ride across the bay. Once you arrive in Dubrovnik, disembark and walk towards the Old Town. Follow the signs to the Pile Gate. After entering the Old Town, take a left on Stradun street, the main street in Dubrovnik. Continue walking straight until you reach Orlando's Column in the central square, Luza Square.

Public Transport
Catch a local bus from Herceg Novi's main bus station. Look for the bus heading to Dubrovnik; the fare is usually around 10-15 Euros. The bus will take you directly to the Dubrovnik bus station. From the bus station, it's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. Head towards the main road, following the signs to the Old Town. Once you reach the Pile Gate, enter and walk along Stradun street until you arrive at Orlando's Column.
