Walking
From the center of Herceg Novi, make your way to the waterfront promenade known as 'Šetalište Pet Danica'. Head northeast along the promenade until you reach the end of the bay. Once you reach the end of the promenade, continue straight onto the main road leading to the border with Croatia. Follow the signs towards the town of Dubrovnik. After approximately 45 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the border crossing. Once you cross into Croatia, continue walking along the main road. After about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Grad Dubrovnik. The Church of St. Joseph will be located in the central area of Grad, just follow the signs.

Public Transport
From Herceg Novi, walk to the main bus station located near the center of town. Look for buses heading to Dubrovnik. Purchase a ticket from the kiosk or directly from the driver. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Dubrovnik, exit the station and head towards the city center. Walk towards Stradun, the main street of Dubrovnik, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. As you reach the Stradun, continue straight until you see signs indicating the Church of St. Joseph, which is located in the Grad area.
