Getting There

  • Walking

    From Svirče, the hike to Sveti Nikola takes approximately 2 hours. The trail leads through scenic Mediterranean landscapes and past ancient stone walls. Follow the marked path towards the peak. There are no entrance fees or tolls for hiking to Sveti Nikola.

  • Driving

    From the D116 road between Stari Grad and Hvar, take the narrow road after the tunnel towards Kolumbić. This road leads to a pass that is approximately an hour's walk from the peak. Parking is available near the agrotourism complex. From the parking area, follow the marked path to the summit. Parking is free. Be aware that the road from Svirče to Kolumbić is not suitable for most cars.

The ascent from Sveta Nedjelja is shorter but steeper, taking around 1.5 hours.
