If you are driving from the town of Orebić, head northeast on D414 towards the town of Trpanj. Continue on D414 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the junction with D8. Turn left onto D8 and continue for another 15 kilometers. When you reach the town of Ston, turn right onto D424 and follow the signs for Međugorje. After approximately 15 kilometers, you will arrive in the village of Bijakovići. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Apparition Hill, which is located at the address 5MHR+967, Međugorje. There is a parking area near the entrance.
