Walking
If you are in the city center, walk towards Ban Jelačić Square. From the square, head southwest towards Ilica Street. Continue down Ilica until you reach the intersection with Ćirilometodska Street. Turn left onto Ćirilometodska Street, and you will find the Museum of Broken Relationships at number 2, just a few minutes' walk from the square.

From the main tram station (Trg Bana Jelačića), take tram line 6 or 11 in the direction of 'Črnomerec'. Get off at the 'Mali plac' stop. From there, it's a short walk: head north on Ćirilometodska Street, and the museum will be on your right at number 2.

If you are further out, you can take a bus to the city center and get off at the main bus station (Autobusni kolodvor Zagreb). From the bus station, either walk to Ban Jelačić Square (about 20 minutes) or take tram line 5 or 7 to the square. Then, follow the directions for walking as stated above.
