  From Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, head southeast on Refuge Rd toward DE-9 N. Continue straight to stay on Refuge Rd, then turn left onto DE-9 N. Follow this road for approximately 8 miles. At the intersection with DE-16 E, turn right. Continue on DE-16 E for about 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Turkle Pond Rd. Turn left onto Turkle Pond Rd, and in about 1 mile, Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge will be on your right at 11978 Turkle Pond Rd, Milton, DE 19968.
