To get to First State National Historical Park from Delaware Seashore State Park, start by heading northwest on DE-1 N. Continue on DE-1 N for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward US-13 N/Dover and merge onto US-13 N. Follow US-13 N for about 25 miles until you reach the exit for DE-273 E toward New Castle. Merge onto DE-273 E and follow it for about 5 miles, then turn left onto Delaware St. The park will be on your left at 211 Delaware St, New Castle, DE 19720. Parking is available on-site.
