Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Milford Public Library located at 101 South Walnut Street. Head south on Walnut Street towards the intersection with Route 1. Cross at the traffic light and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with East Masten Avenue. Turn right onto East Masten Avenue and follow it until you reach the junction with North Washington Street. Turn left onto North Washington Street and continue until it merges into Route 1. Cross Route 1 carefully and proceed onto North Walnut Street. Follow North Walnut Street until you reach Grove Street. Turn right onto Grove Street and walk for about 0.5 miles. The Grove Street Cemetery will be on your left at 227 Grove Street.

  Begin at the Milford Riverwalk, which can be accessed from various points in downtown Milford. Cycle south along the Riverwalk until you reach the intersection with North Walnut Street. Turn left onto North Walnut Street and continue cycling until you reach Grove Street. Turn right onto Grove Street and follow it for about 0.5 miles. The Grove Street Cemetery will be on your left at 227 Grove Street.

• Public Transport

  From the Milford Transit Center located at 120 East Masten Avenue, board the DART First State bus route that heads towards New Haven. Get off at the stop nearest to Grove Street, which is approximately 0.5 miles away from Grove Street Cemetery. Once you disembark, walk south on Grove Street for about 0.5 miles, and you will arrive at the cemetery located at 227 Grove Street.
